Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy describes how Dialover collects, uses, shares, and protects information across our dialer and VoIP services.
Last updated: June 19, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Dialover ("Dialover", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit https://dailover.com, contact us, or use our enterprise outbound dialer and VoIP communications services (the "Services").
Dialover plays two roles. For information about website visitors, prospects, and our own account holders, we act as a "data controller." For communications data that our business customers process through the Services (such as call records and recordings of their end users), we act as a "data processor" or "service provider" acting on our customers' documented instructions.
By using the Services you agree to this Policy. This document is provided as a template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication to confirm it reflects your operations and jurisdictions.
2. Information We Collect
Account & contact information: name, business name, email address, telephone number, billing details, and information you submit through our contact forms or live chat.
Communications & call data: call detail records (CDRs) such as originating and destination numbers, date, time, duration, routing path, disposition codes, and related metadata generated when the Services are used.
Call recordings & voice data: where recording, transcription, or voice-analytics features are enabled by our customer, audio recordings and derived transcripts processed on the customer's behalf.
Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and product interactions, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies for security, performance, and analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate users and prevent fraud and abuse; to provision telephone numbers and route traffic; to respond to inquiries and provide support; to process billing; to send service and, where permitted, marketing communications; and to comply with legal, regulatory, and carrier obligations.
We do not use the contents of customer communications, call recordings, or end-user contact data for our own advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from this data.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal information on the basis of: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services; compliance with legal obligations; and consent, where required (which you may withdraw at any time).
5. Consent, Opt-In, and No Sharing for Marketing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share end users' or customers' telephone numbers, opt-in records, or consent data with third parties or affiliates for those parties' own marketing or promotional purposes.
Any opt-in or consent collected through the Services is used solely to deliver the communications the individual requested and to operate the Services. Where our customers conduct outbound calling or messaging campaigns, they are responsible for obtaining and documenting all legally required consents from the individuals they contact.
6. Call Recording, Monitoring & Voice Data
Call recording, call monitoring, transcription, and quality-assurance features are optional and controlled by our customers. When these features are used, recordings and related data are processed by us strictly as a processor on the customer's behalf.
Our customers are solely responsible for providing required notices and obtaining any consent needed to record or monitor calls under applicable one-party and two-party (all-party) consent laws and other recording regulations in the relevant jurisdictions.
7. How We Share Information
Service providers and sub-processors: we share information with vetted vendors who provide hosting, telecommunications connectivity, analytics, payment processing, and support, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
Carriers and connectivity providers: to originate, terminate, and deliver calls and to register traffic, we transmit necessary routing and registration information to our underlying carriers and upstream providers (for example, Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, and other telecommunications partners) and to the public switched telephone network.
Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with law, lawful requests, and court orders, to enforce our agreements, and to protect the rights, safety, and security of Dialover, our users, and the public.
Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer-controlled data, including call recordings, is retained according to the customer's configured retention settings and our agreement with that customer, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
9. Data Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, network segmentation, logging, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information using industry-recognized practices and to promptly address security incidents.
10. International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect personal information transferred internationally.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
Under U.S. state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly defined.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at rustam@dialover.com. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Individuals contacted by our customers' campaigns should direct opt-out and data requests to the business that contacted them, and we will assist that business as its processor.
12. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site secure, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
13. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
15. Contact Us
